Charter:
alt.binaries.multimedia.erotica.asian will provide a forum to post
and retrieve erotic multimedia binaries which are asian in nature.
Asian in nature would be defined as any and all cultures including but
not limited to China, Japan, Viet Nam, Korea, Thailand, and the
Phillipines.


Justification:
There does not currently exist a group specifically designed for the
posting of this type of material.  The group
alt.binaries.multimedia.erotica has become dominated by posts of
X-rated style european videos,  and does not target the interests of people 
specifically interested in the asian culture. 
Asian erotica is not well received due to the masking that is required 
by law in many asian countries. Also, the creation of this group will 
help to relieve the congestion in alt.binaries.multimedia.erotica

Comments: This group was proposed and discussed in alt.config during the month 
of June. It met
with no serious objections. The overwhelming consensus was to move forward 
with the group.
