Justification: The group already exists and has been getting posts,
but it seems to be "rogue" and isn't carried on many servers.
Gamecube is one of the 3 leading videogame consoles on the market
right now with a large share of gamers interested in all aspects of
the system and it's games. Homemade applications and backups of
gamecube games are just starting to take off and this is the perfect
group to share the binaries themselves and for the spread of
information required to run them.
