alt.binaries.pl.multimedia Audio-wizualne materialy dla Polakow.
Charter:
The proposed newsgroup is intended to function as a meeting place for
all of the Polish speaking, living in or outside of Poland, where they
can share/exchange/discuss any kind of (binary) audio-visual material
in their native language (movies, documentaries, TV-series, music or
other), regardless of the format in which it will be presented (mpg,
avi [DivX, Xvid], wma, mp3 or other).
The newsgroup will not be moderated. Off-topic materials, off-topic
binaries, advertising (spam), cancel attacks and abusive cross
postings will not be tolerated.

Intencja proponowanej grupy jest, ze bedzie ona funkcjonowala jako
miejsce spotkan dla wszyskich polskojezycznych, zyjacych w Polsce i
poza jej granicami, gdzie to oni beda mogli sie dzielic/wymieniac/
dyskutowac o jakimkolwiek (binarnym) audio-wizualnym materiale w ich
ojczystym jezyku (jak n.p.: filmy fabularne, filmy dokumentalne, seriale
telewizyjne, muzyka albo inne), obojetnie w jakim formacie te
zostana zaprezentowane (mpg, avi [DivX, Xvid], wma, mp3 albo innym).
Grupa ta nie bedzie moderatorowana. Materialy nie na temat, binarki nie
na temat, ogloszenia komercjalne (spam), ataki w celu skasowania oraz
wrogie cross-postowanie nie beda tolerowane.
Justification:
There are currently a number of active Polish interest newsgroups of
which only alt.binaries.pl.divx comes close in regard to the intended
format. That newsgroup, however, allows for divx encoded videos only,
while the newsgroup proposed will allow for diverse material to be
posted in any available encoding format.
A newsgroup-search about alt.binaries.pl.divx done with
http://netscan.research.microsoft.com, shows a well thriving Polish
community with in December 2003 a total of 1684 posts done by 88
posters and over the months October thru December 2003: 3619 posts/151
posters.
