alt.binaries.punk sounds and picts of underground punk/HC subculture
As a needed annex within the usenet discussion groups (like alt.punk
and alt.music.hardcore), a place for binary files to be found relating
to the Punk and Hardcore subculture. They should not be restricted to
certain formats but include all formats (.wav, .jpeg, .gif, .ra...).
However the binaries should be restricted FOR the independant punk and
hardcore music culture. This purpose is to have a newsgroup that is
not exclusively OF a type (alt.binaries.sounds is exclusively for
sound files) but rather FOR a type (alt.binaries.punk is for
underground punk music and the people within it.)
